Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products through the website archiesslides.com (“Website”) operated by Archies Slides LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order with us, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by Archies Slides LLC. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion. We may require verification or additional information before accepting any order.

2. Product Descriptions

We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, prices, or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges. Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept major credit cards or other payment methods as specified on the Website. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) utilized in connection with any transaction.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within the United States. Announced delivery times are between 5 to 9 business days, subject to availability and delays outside our control. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the designated address.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of products within a 14-day period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging intact. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support at help@thesupport.io to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable time after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, embargoes, government orders, natural disasters, or any other event of force majeure.

10. Dispute Resolution

The place of arbitration shall be Silver Spring, Maryland, United States. The language of arbitration shall be English.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Website and purchase of products. You will not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities, including but not limited to false claims of delivery or unauthorized returns. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the purchase of products and to promptly update such information as necessary.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
